Educational Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration. A combined degree. in Business Administration and Biological Sciences, such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, will be given preference.

Job Description

  • The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and managing the branch team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, with preference given to those with combined expertise in business administration and biological sciences.

Customer Journey and Experience:

  • Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey from entry to post-purchase follow-up.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Sales Management:

  • Develop and execute soles strategies to achieve branch sales targets for products and services.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Branch Inventory Management:

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain department for timely replenishment of stock.

Accounts Management:

  • Oversee the branch's financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and budgets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
  • Implement financial controls to safeguard branch assets.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Implement and enforce compliance protocols within the branch.

Product and Service Knowledge:

  • Acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals product and service offerings.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to customers.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments, skincare products, beauty supplements, and wellness products.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Maintain a CSAT score of 90% or higher.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve a minimum of 30% year-over-year sales growth.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Maintain an inventory accuracy rate of 100%
  • Employee Engagement: Achieve an employee engagement score of 90% or higher.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Achieve 100% compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. Financial Accuracy: Ensure financial discrepancies are 0% of total transactions.
  • Customer Retention Rate: Maintain a customer retention rate of 85% or higher.
